Encrypt PDF

Applies real, standard AES-256 PDF encryption, entirely in this browser tab. Two distinct passwords, real PDF semantics: the USER password is required to open the document at all — leave it blank and anyone can open and read the file with no password prompt. The OWNER password is required to change permissions or remove protection later, and can be set alone (with the user password left blank) so anyone can freely open and read the file, but only whoever holds the owner password can alter what they're allowed to do with it. At least one of the two must be set.
